Bill requested a memorial celebration full of positive thoughts rather than a funeral. A Celebration of Life Service will be held for him at the Stuttgart First United Methodist Church this Friday, Sept. 2, 2016. Visitation is at 1 p.m. and following the 2 p.m.service.
