Shelia Diane Bailey affectionately known as Diane was born December 9, 1961 in Louisiana. Later in life, she moved to Arkansas. Her adopted parents were Harrison Eugene Ratekin and Beatrice Lorraine Ratekin who preceded her in death. Diane had a very unique gift of craft; she was a very creative person.
