Otto Mullins was born on February 1, 1942 to Luther and Betty Mullins in Prairie County. He attended the Ulm Point School and Bisco High School. He was baptized at an early age at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Roe, AR and confessed a belief in Christ. After moving to Stuttgart, he worked for the City of Stuttgart and later went to Comet Rice Mills, where he worked until retirement. Otto departed this life on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. [...]
