Mrs. Billie Jo Brewer, 81, daughter of Lester Lee Ramsey and Francis Mildred Ramsey was born June 6, 1937, in DeWitt, Ark. She was called home to her Lord and Savior quietly and peacefully on Friday, Sept. 28, 2018. She attended the public schools in Arkansas County and professed her faith in Jesus Christ at an early age.
