William "Floyd" Hale, 88, of Stuttgart, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018. He was born on February 14, 1930, in Black Oak to the late Glen and Ruth (Floyd) Hale. Floyd is also preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Nancy (Quarrel) Hale; sister, Marie Robbins; two brothers, Virgil and Calvin Hale and a son-in-law, Harvey Earp.
