Wilda C. Kizzire 75 of Bella Vista, passed away December 2, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born August 30, 1943 in Humphrey, Arkansas the daughter of Jeff and Ethel Sparks Jenkins. Wilda was a graduate of Stuttgart High School.
